Job Role: Technical Service Expert
Location: Dublin, Ireland
* Successfully manage a repair and maintenance service business for medical equipment while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
1. Provide expert technical support at customer sites and maintain accurate documentation.
2. Carry out thorough repairs and checks on electronic/mechanical medical devices.
3. Perform annual calibrations and inspections in accordance with regulatory requirements at customer sites.
4. Utilize software tools to record and access technical information efficiently.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to address product recalls, safety notices, and field actions.
* Degree in Engineering or Medical Electronics and related fields, or relevant experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MFG/Pro, PS3, and Outlook.
* Previous experience in a Medical Field-Based role.
* Strong knowledge of medical electronics combined with mechanical skills.
* Familiarity with hospital environments and healthcare settings.
* Administrative and technical IT experience.
* Highly organized individual with excellent time management skills.
* Able to build strong relationships with internal and external customers to drive loyalty.
