Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all public areas across the resort, including lobbies, restrooms, staff areas, and other guest facing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean all public areas including hotel lobbies, restrooms, stairs, and lounge area.
* Ensure all restrooms are clean, stocked, and well maintained at all times.
* Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas and cleaning supplies.
* Check and refill supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and tissues in public restrooms.
* Follow health and safety guidelines
* Ensure all tasks are performed to a high standard.
* Handle equipment and chemicals safely and according to training.
* Work with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Report any feedback and issues to relevant managers.
Skills/Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts is required (Hours of work vary between the hours of 7am and 11pm)
