As a highly experienced Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel property in the absence of senior management. This four-star hotel in Dublin city centre offers extensive banqueting facilities, various food and beverage outlets, and large accommodation options.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service standards, and a proven track record in F&B management. You will be able to handle guest queries or complaints, manage staff, and ensure the safety of all guests and employees by complying with hotel Health and Safety regulations.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing F&B department operations, managing cash flow, maintaining proper staff conduct, participating in hotel sales and promotions, and attending management meetings.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years' experience in duty management, preferably in 4-star+ properties. A strong background in hospitality is essential.
