Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, meet and greet all service customers, and schedule customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email, or walk-in.
Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date progress on each customer's vehicle, advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs, and handing over serviced vehicles at the agreed day/time while explaining the work completed and processing payment.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet all service customers
Schedule customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email, or walk-in
Maintain up-to-date progress on each customer's vehicle
Advise and agree with customers on additional work or costs
Hand over serviced vehicles at the agreed day/time while explaining the work completed and processing payment
Liaise with other teams in the business, management, reception, sales, warranty, parts
Requirements:
At least 1 year's experience in a similar role working in the motor industry
Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (fluent written and spoken English)
A working knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop preferable - training can be provided
Experience in providing excellent service to front-line customers
Ability to prioritize, multitask, manage time effectively particularly at peak times
