Senior Sous Chef Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Sous Chef who brings serious energy, sharp skills, and leadership that inspires. This is a key role in a fast‑moving kitchen where creativity, consistency, and teamwork matter just as much as flavour.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running the pass and leading services with confidence.
Being the Executive Chef’s right hand – and stepping up when needed.
Coaching, developing, and motivating the brigade.
Driving standards across food quality, presentation, and pace.
Getting stuck into menu development, specials, and innovation.
Owning stock, GP, ordering, and waste control.
Keeping the kitchen sharp, safe, and compliant at all times.

An experienced Senior Sous Chef (or a top‑tier Sous ready to level up).
A natural leader who leads from the front.

Requirements
Minimum 5‑8 years of professional kitchen experience.
At least 3‑5 years in a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef role.
5‑star hotel or luxury fine‑dining experience is essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
