Job Title: Project Commercial Lead
The Role:
As a senior commercial professional, you will hold full responsibility for the project's financial success.
* Provide strategic direction and leadership for the project's commercial operations.
* Manage all financial aspects of the project, including cost value reconciliations (CVRs), forecasting, and performance reporting.
* Oversee the procurement and management of subcontract packages.
* Coordinate the preparation and agreement of interim valuations and final accounts.
* Identify and negotiate variations and claims, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
* Develop and lead a team of junior and intermediate surveyors, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Implement robust risk and opportunity management processes to drive business growth.
