Role Summary
The RTR Accountant will support month-end close and financial reporting activities within a multinational finance environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
* Journal preparation and posting
* Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
* Financial reporting and support of audits
* Compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and SOX controls
* Liaise with AP, AR, FP&A, and Tax teams
* Drive process improvements
Requirements
* Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* 1–4+ years' experience in RTR / GL accounting
* Multinational or shared services experience preferred
* ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
* Strong Excel skills
