Relief Chef Job Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Relief Chef to join our team. As a Relief Chef, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings including hotels, hospitals, restaurants, contract catering units, and special event venues.
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines. Our ideal candidate will possess a high standard of catering skills, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be a good team player, and have the ability to work under pressure. You will also need to provide valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Commi Chef experience is essential.
* Chef de Partie and Sous Chef experience is desirable.
* Head Chef experience is preferred but not necessary.
* HACCP and Manual Handling certifications are required.
