The Client: My Client are an established-but-growing Residential Developer. They have 3no. Sites and 400+ units to build in the next 4 years across the Waterford City area. The Role: I'm looking for 2no. Project Manager / Site Managers to be based on-site and managed these Pre-Cast / Timber-Frame housing builds. As PM you'd be the most senior person on Site and you'll ensure site safety and operations run smoothly, whilst reporting to a regional Senior PM/Director. As this is an established, close-knit team, we're also looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in what they do and seeing others do well. We're happy to consider candidates coming from a Trades or Engineering background with previous experience managing Residential Developments. This position has supervisory responsibilities, so we are also looking for someone has the ability to develop people and processes and who possesses excellent communication skills. Main responsibilities will include: Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise. Manage on-site Construction Activities, ensuring Project Milestones are met. Supervise and Co-Ordinate Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Trades. Manage EHS as per Company and Industry standards Ensure Quality Control and adherence to Project Specifications. Manage site records, progress reports, and day-to-day problem-solving. Monitor project costs and ensure resources are used efficiently. Requirements: Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as Construction Engineer/Senior Engineer/Site Manager/PM It would be great if you'd managed a housing project previously Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and health & safety requirements. Proven track record in delivering complex residential projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple teams across various disciplines. It would be great to have Project Management qualifications (PMP, Degree, Etc.) What's on offer?
