Knighstbrook Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is an Irish owned company and is part of the Cusack Group, with sister properties in Meath including Castle Arch Hotel, Ardboyne Hotel and Newgrange Hotel. Our hotel is located in Trim, 30 mins from Dublin Airport and 15 minutes from Newgrange.
The Role:
We are looking for full-time Food and Beverage supervisor to join our F&B team. All positions will require the individual to be flexible in their roster availability and must be available to work mid week, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Work in a busy dinner environment on a day to day basis.
* General food service duties.
* General bar and lounge duties
* Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times.
Requirements:
* Experience essential
* MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR EVENING SHIFT
* Fluent in the English Language both written and spoken.
* Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
* Must be able to multi-task and be willing to help out where required in all areas of the hotel.
* Excellent people & communications skills.
* Must be available for late finishes
