Project Manager / Transition Manager Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Contract: 9-12 month contract Salary: €82,290 per annum Project Manager Corporate Services We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Corporate Services team, reporting to a member of the Corporate Services Management Team.Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end transition of services from an outgoing provider to a new service provider, ensuring delivery on time, maintaining service continuity, and meeting required quality standards.The role requires structured planning, strong governance, effective risk management, and proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure a smooth transition.Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the transition project.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and milestones.Monitor progress, manage change control, and ensure achievement of project objectives and KPIs.Governance & Reporting Ensure compliance with organisational project management frameworks.Maintain key project documentation (risk logs, status reports, financial tracking).Provide updates to steering committees and senior stakeholders.Stakeholder Engagement Build and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners.Act as the primary point of contact for project communications.Facilitate project meetings and working groups.Risk & Quality Management Identify and mitigate risks and issues.Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards.Conduct post-project reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.Key Relationships Internal: Executive Leadership, Heads of Department, Programme Managers, and Finance, HR, IT, Compliance, and Legal teams.External: Vendors, consultants, contractors, and outgoing/incoming service providers.Flexibility may be required during peak project phases.Knowledge & Experience Essential Degree (minimum NFQ Level 7) in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum two years experience managing at least two large-scale projects of similar scope and complexity.Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams and delivering change initiatives.Strong knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile methodologies.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
