Product Lifecycle Manager
Job Overview:
* Oversee and execute R&D activities for a portfolio of products, ensuring seamless lifecycle management.
* Lead the R&D team by establishing effective structures, driving growth and performance, and fostering a culture of innovation.
* Determine critical project objectives, devise comprehensive strategies, and prioritize tasks to optimize team productivity.
* Develop detailed project roadmaps, allocate resources, and monitor progress across the organization.
* Establish interfaces between departments, particularly Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory, to align on deliverables and timing.
* Collaborate with key functions to identify opportunities for improvement and implement efficient solutions.
* Support customer complaint investigations and participate in review meetings as a subject matter expert.
* Contribute to the cultural evolution of the R&D department by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Strong educational background in Engineering or Science (desirable) with excellent technical expertise.
* Significant experience in R&D or product sustaining roles within the medical device industry.
* Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams.
* Ability to navigate design control systems and processes.
