Our purpose is to nourish the world, while safeguarding our environment for future generations.Role ProfileReporting to the Senior Manager Reporting & Analytics, this role will own and deliver insightful BI reporting solutions within the Reporting and Analytics CoE. The role will be responsible for driving the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This hands-on role will combine technical expertise with stakeholder management skills to shape how data is used at scale.ResponsibilitiesAssist in develop and implementing the reporting and analytics strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectivesEnsure data accuracy, integrity and security across all reporting and analytics processesLead the design, development, delivery and maintenance of comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performanceUtilise analytical techniques to interpret data and generate actionable insights, supporting business decision-makingCollaborate with categories and functions across the organisation to understand their data needs and provide actionable insightsWork closely with IT to evaluate and implement data analytics tools and platforms to enhance reporting capabilitiesFoster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise data processes and reporting methodologiesEnsure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and internal policiesProvide training and support to users on data reporting and analytics tools and best practicesKeep abreast of emerging industry trends and best practices in reporting and analyticsRequirementsQualified Accountant or third level degree in a relevant finance or business related discipline3-5 years' experience in designing powerful BI dashboards and statistical analysis that tell a story and enable better business decisionsAbility to manage multiple reporting streams and prioritise based on impactProven track record of developing and implementing data strategies that drive business performanceManage the full lifecycle of analytics projects—from scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery and impact measurementAct as a strategic partner to stakeholders, translating business goals into analytical frameworks and dashboardsExperience with data warehousing, data architecture, and data governanceExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsWe offerHybrid workingFree parking incl.
