As Duty Manager, you will oversee hotel operations during your shift and support senior management in maintaining exceptional guest service standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the hotel.
Ensure service excellence and quality standards are consistently delivered.
Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
Assist in managing daily operational performance across departments.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain full operational knowledge of all departments.
Support and mentor team members to drive performance improvements.
Requirements Previous hotel or hospitality experience.
Minimum 3 years' Food & Beverage experience (required).
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional, mature approach to guest and team interactions.
Strong upselling capability.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Full-time availability including weekends.
Authorised to work in Ireland (required).
Ability to reliably commute to Mohill, County Leitrim or relocate prior to commencement.
