Our client in Longford is seeking aFinancial Analystto join their team. This position offers broad exposure acrossFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)andManufacturing & Operations Finance, acting as a key partner to business teams by delivering insights that drive strategic decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning: Support Strategic Planning, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and quarterly forecasting cycles.Performance Analysis: Lead budgeting and forecasting for operational costs, monitor KPIs, and report variances.Business Partnering: Collaborate with Plant Leadership, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to provide interpretive and predictive financial insights.Operational Finance: Monitor product margins, assist with pricing strategies, and prepare CAPEX justifications.Data Integrity: Manage standard costing, inventory controls, and month-/year-end close activities.Process Improvement: Drive efficiency projects, identify automation opportunities, and enhance data management systems.Your ProfileEducation: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.Qualification: ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CPA (qualified or part-qualified).Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing.Knowledge: Strong analytical skills; US GAAP experience preferred.Technical: Proficient in MS Office, Google Apps, BI tools, and finance software.Competencies: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.If you are interested in this role please apply with your CV attached
