This role is responsible for providing full human resource support to the Deutsche Börse and Clearstream staff and stakeholders in Cork.
Key Responsibilities
HR Systems and Reporting
* Manage queries on SAP, Success Factors/CATS, and St/App systems
* Participate in global HR system team calls as Cork representative
* Manage tasks of the HR shared mailbox
* Update and maintain organisational charts
* Complete and submit reports internally and externally
* Process travel expenses via SAP
* Run weekly reports as requested
Employee Relations
* Review and update employee handbook according to legislation and company policy
* Handle employee relations issues from start to finish
* Understand employment legislation
Payroll
* Input changes to internal payroll documentation efficiently
* Assist in payroll preparation as needed
Recruitment and Onboarding
* Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
* Prepare contracts and provide new starter documentation
* Coordinate with internal teams for new hires
* Create new employee files within the first week
* Monitor corporate policy signing process
* Induct new staff to Clearstream
* Set up healthcare policy for new starters
Termination and Resignation
* Manage administration tasks for terminations and resignations
* Complete exit emails and calculate remaining holiday entitlements
* Notify pension and health insurance vendors
* Archive employee files and terminate in HR systems
Training
* Coordinate internal training and development workshops
* Liaise with external training providers
* Update and maintain training database and spreadsheets
* Record employee training records and feedback
* Attend talent management meetings as required
* Complete ad-hoc administration/projects assigned within HR
* Participate in company sports and social committee
* Maintain up-to-date HR systems
* Comply with audit requirements
* Reconcile healthcare invoices monthly
* Update HR intranet page
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HRD environment
* Strong business/customer service orientation
* Understanding of SAP desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently/team
* Proficiency in written and spoken English essential
