We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with food preparation and basic cooking under supervision of senior chefs.
* Learn and rotate through different kitchen stations.
* Ensure prep areas are clean, organised, and stocked.
* Follow recipes and instructions to maintain quality and consistency.
* Uphold kitchen hygiene, health, and food safety standards.
* Support the team during busy service periods.
* HACCP management and record keeping
Requirements:
* At least 2 year's experience in a similar role is essential
* Genuine passion for food and a desire to learn.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team attitude.
* Ability to work calmly in a busy environment.
* Willingness to train and grow within the role.
