Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of staff members in providing person-centered support to residents
* Develop and implement strategies to promote community integration and active citizenship
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
* Monitor and evaluate service quality, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
* Relevant 3rd-level qualification in Social Care or Health Sector
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
* Proven leadership and communication skills
* Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
