Project Manager Leader
We seek an accomplished Project Manager Leader to oversee the coordination of current new product introduction (NPI) activities and lead a team of engineers in developing innovative products and projects within established timelines and budgets.
* NPI Gate Process: Review project proposals, conduct thorough research, and prepare feasibility studies.
* Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, establish resource allocation strategies, and maintain accurate documentation.
* Product Development: Obtain regulatory approvals, determine technology and process equipment requirements, and promote best practices.
* Product/Project Introduction: Identify stakeholder needs, procure necessary equipment, and ensure timely dissemination of product information.
* Leadership: Provide strategic direction, present regular progress reports, and facilitate collaboration with original equipment manufacturers/design organisations.
* Qualifications/Skills: Degree-level qualifications in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with strong analytical/problem-solving skills and experience in Lean/6 Sigma methodologies.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management or Engineering Lead roles, with a proven track record in problem-solving and adaptability.
