The Role
Providing nationwide commissioning, installation, maintenance, and servicing solutions for a range of clients, from simple standalone CCTV systems to large integrated multi-site solutions.
Appropriate Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in installing and maintaining CCTV systems, an understanding of IP networks is desirable.
Required Skills Include
* Experience in installing and configuring CCTV systems..
* Familiarity with the products and systems that are currently available in the industry.
* The ability to communicate directly with customers.
* Exhibited excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A strong dedication to providing high-quality customer service.
* Skilled at working effectively both as part of a collaborative team and independently, taking the initiative when needed.
* Excellent skills in IT and networking.
* Proven ability to work to tight deadlines

Duties
* The CCTV Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning CCTV systems.
* Carry out customer service calls and communicate with customers on outcomes and recommendations.
* To carry out routine preventative maintenance checks on systems and produce system status reports.
* Complete job sheets and reports for service calls.
* Carry out workshop repairs and liaise with suppliers on faults and warranty issues.
* Complete reports for workshop repairs.
* Assemble and modify equipment and systems.
* Take part in creating safe work plans, method statements, and risk assessments..
* Provide on-site support and operation for clients as required.
* Technicians employed in any role will be required to travel to and work in locations nationwide.

Salary
Salary is negotiable depending on experience plus over time and bonuses.
Hours of work 8.30am to 5.00pm Mon-Friday
