We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious business professional to join our sales team as a key account manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and be part of a dynamic and growing organization.


Job Responsibilities

* Maintain and expand existing key accounts to foster long-term relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
* Implement regular customer visits to ensure high levels of service and engagement.
* Drive customer retention through proactive support and timely issue resolution.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date administration for key accounts, including invoicing and payment tracking.
* Collaborate with the key accounts team to optimize sales performance and identify new opportunities.
* Develop and manage pricing structures for key accounts to maximize revenue growth.
* Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers, leveraging market intelligence to inform sales strategies.


Requirements

* Sales experience in related industries, preferably in sectors such as welfare or plant hire.
* Demonstrable experience of organizing and prioritizing a demanding workload.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
* Willingness to learn new skills and develop professionally within the organization.
