Responsibilities

:
1. Provide advanced, proactive diary/email management, facilitating swift set-up of client meetings.
2. Be client facing andfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Provide shared phone coverage for a busy group, involving significant interaction with clients and senior members of the firm.
4. Set up meeting, conference calls, telepresence - internally and externally.
5. Finalize travel arrangements: co-ordination of flights, check in, VISAs, amodation and ground. transportation logistics following a Corporate Policy. Manage a multitude of frequent changes at short notice and prepare travel itineraries.
6. Manage expense processing, reimbursement, account reconciliations.
7. Be an integral part of business, understand group priorities and business expectation.
8. Perform general administration duties (Room bookings, filing, photocopying).
9. Provide team support and partner with assistants across the group to provide coverage for absence where necessary.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
10. Fullpetency in diary management, can apply good judgment and has an understanding ofpeting priorities.
11. Strong, executivemunication style.
12. Experience of effectively arranging travel, production of accurate itineraries, plan B & C, able to navigate systems well and apply good judgment on how to optimize traveller's time.
13. Can demonstrate pro-activity and ownership within a role.
14. Strong technical capabilities, experience of Outlook calendar management required.
15. Awareness of expense arena, expense systems and cost control initiatives can champion expense policy, process expenses in a timely manner and reconcile accounts accurately.
16. Polished, professional approach, calm andposed manner, ability to work in a pressured environment and partner effectively with peers.
17. Exhibits a positive,mon sense, constructive attitude to drive bankers schedule and help manage time effectively.
18. Is flexible, willing and open to change.
19. Has a high level of attention to detail and delivers high quality results.

21. Solution-orientated.
22. Is driven and can manage expectations throughmunicating proactively and often across different hierarchies.
23. Act as a role model to their peers lead by example.
