The Opportunity
An established global investment management firm with a strong and growing presence in Ireland is seeking an experienced
Regional Sales Manager
to support its continued expansion in the Irish market.
In this role, you will work with
high-net-worth individuals
, engaging with qualified inbound leads provided by the business. Your focus will be on consultative, face-to-face selling — building trust, understanding client goals, and converting prospects into long-term investors.
This is a highly
entrepreneurial, results-driven position
, suited to someone who thrives in a performance environment and enjoys owning the full sales cycle. While the role involves extensive outbound activity, there is
no cold calling
. You will be supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service teams who manage onboarding and ongoing client relationships, allowing you to focus entirely on sales and revenue generation.
You will report directly to a senior company director and play a key role in growing assets under management in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage and qualify high-net-worth investor leads provided by the firm
* Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients
* Deliver a consultative sales approach focused on long-term value and trust
* Consistently close new investor business and grow assets under management
* Maintain high activity levels and pipeline momentum
* Represent the firm with the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
Your Profile
* Proven,
quantifiable individual sales success
with stock market or investment products
* 5+ years' experience
selling to high-net-worth individuals
* Documented track record of closing new investor business
* Highly motivated and goal-oriented; comfortable in a performance-led environment
* Confident risk-taker with a resilient mindset
* A natural closer with strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Optimistic, persistent, and solutions-focused
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect across diverse audiences
* Strong ethical standards and professional integrity
