* Key Responsibilities:
* Grow sales, profit, and margins by increasing customer retention and improving customer satisfaction levels.
* Develop innovative solutions and product recommendations through menu development consultancy services.
* Work closely with category management teams to drive sales of new and existing products.
* Engage with customers through culinary consultations, depot tours, product sampling, demonstrations, and quality assurance enquiries.
* Present new products, services, and ideas to increase sales and meet established objectives.
* Utilize system tools to capture and update sales opportunities effectively.
* Stay informed about industry trends and market competition to deliver targeted results.
