Quality Care Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to manage and deliver high-quality care services in a nursing facility.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic care to older adults, including pre-admission assessments, planning, and implementation. They will also be expected to ensure accurate medication reconciliation and administration, maintain confidentiality, and comply with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Report to the Assistant Director of Public Health Nursing or senior nurse on duty
* Provide holistic care to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
* Ensure accurate medication reconciliation and administration, maintaining confidentiality at all times
* Maintain compliance with NMBI and HIQA regulations, adhering to industry standards and best practices
* Accompany general practitioners on rounds, delegating tasks to healthcare assistants and medical technicians as appropriate
* Conduct risk assessments and manage incidents appropriately, ensuring a safe working environment for staff and clients alike
Work Schedule:
The successful candidate will be required to work 5/7 days, with varying hours available per week. They will be based onsite in WCU and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
