Castlemartyr Resort is seeking a Pastry Sous Chef for our two Michelin Star restaurant, Terre.
The successful candidate will assist the Chef patron in managing daily kitchen operations, leading the team, and menu planning.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, experience at Michelin star level, and strong leadership skills.
Full-time roles include weekend and evening shifts, with an inclusive workplace culture.
