What you'll do:
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will:
* Coordinate internal and external training sessions and workshops
* Support onboarding by delivering timely induction training
* Maintain accurate training records using LMS or other tools
* Liaise with external providers and venues to organise learning activities
* Track and report on training effectiveness
* Support digital learning initiatives, including e-learning modules
* Provide admin support to the L&D and HR teams
