Restaurant Operations Manager
As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel's restaurant, bar, and lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role is crucial in delivering high standards of service in a luxurious setting.
About You
You will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and supporting your team to uphold the highest standards of service. To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star background
* Extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage (including wine)
* Excellent Communication, Organisational, and Computer Skills
* Management Soft Skills, Leadership, and Delegation skills
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
* Overseeing daily operations of the hotel restaurant, bar & lounge, and other F&B areas
* Leading and supporting the team to deliver exceptional service in line with estate standards
* Scheduling, training, and developing staff to ensure high performance and motivation
* Maintaining a warm, personalised guest experience and managing any feedback effectively
* Coordinating with the Executive Chef and Events Team for smooth event service
* Monitoring financial performance, including sales and cost control
* Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, fire, and hygiene regulations
