AVP / VP - Insurance Location: DublinType: Permanent An established aviation leasing and finance platform is seeking an experienced Insurance professional to join its Commercial Negotiation & Execution function in Dublin.This role plays a key part in supporting aircraft leasing, financing, trading, restructuring, OEM procurement, and capital markets transactions. The successful candidate will take ownership of aviation and non-aviation insurance matters across the transaction lifecycle and ongoing portfolio management, working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, insurers, and brokers globally.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day insurance support across leasing, financing, trading, and asset management activitiesMonitor airline compliance with insurance obligations, including renewals and claims managementProcure and manage aviation and non-aviation insurance programmesSupport transaction teams during origination, LOI, and documentation stagesLiaise with insurers, brokers, customers, and internal stakeholdersMaintain and enhance insurance systems, data, and reportingContribute to the firm's risk management framework through robust structuring and documentationParticipate in ad-hoc projects and occasional travel as requiredExperience & Requirements3–5+ years' experience in aviation leasing/financing, insurance, or risk managementStrong technical insurance knowledge with a commercial mindsetExperience supporting cross-border transactionsHighly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, international environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsInsurance qualifications or formal training are advantageousStrong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
