Key Responsibilities:
* Provide best-in-class customer service.
* Adhere to and lead company health and safety policies & guidelines.
* Comply with and implement existing business operation procedures.
* Take complete ownership of your working environment & systems.
* Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds SLA requirements.
* Manage helpdesk tasks, ensuring they are completed and closed promptly.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the building.
* Ensure all RAMS are up to date prior to commencing work on site.
* Keep appropriate records of services carried out.
* Report all malfunctions to the Facilities team and ensure solutions are implemented.
* Safely install, maintain, and repair plant and equipment as required.
* Carry out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
* Perform electrical diagnostics and fault finding on equipment.
* Undertake corrective maintenance as needed.
* Conduct audits, rounds, and readings on site, taking remedial actions where necessary.
* Assist with HVAC, mechanical maintenance, and building fabric repairs.
* Liaise with Facilities and IT departments on project works.
* Manage spare parts for your responsible area.
* Own energy management and green agenda initiatives on site.
* Work flexible duties and hours depending on requirements and on-call rota.
About You:
* Fully qualified electrician with 2+ years' experience in facilities and services in critical environments.
* Proven experience & competence in PAT testing and thermal imaging predictive maintenance.
* Detailed knowledge of PPM systems.
* Proven competence in emergency lighting, fire protection, and detection systems.
* Basic handyman and building maintenance skills.
* Basic understanding of HVAC systems.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Flexible approach to duties.
* Methodical and analytical work style.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Team player.
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
* Irish full driving license.
