Job Description
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of multiple projects from pre-construction to final account. This includes managing valuations, variations, procurement strategies, and cost reporting while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects
* Manage procurement processes including tendering, contract negotiation, and appointment of subcontractors
* Oversee valuations, variations, and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle
* Evaluate compliance with contractual obligations to ensure effective risk management practices are implemented
