This organisation provides childcare services to preschool and primary-aged children across Ireland and they are looking to bring in a highly experienced candidate who can support them with their plans to scale their business.Main duties of the job:Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve the company's short-term and long-term goals.Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs without compromising quality.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Manage people, financial, and material resources effectively to support operational objectives and maximise productivity.Collaborate with other departments, including HR, Finance, Business Development and IT, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational activities.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and track progress towards goals. Analyse data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
