What we are looking for in a Sales Executive:
* You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Car sales and demonstrate same with results v targets
* You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
* You will be highly-motivated, target driven and have an enthusiastic personality.
* You will have the ability to sell a variety of add-on products.
* You will be familiar with dealership finance process and have DMS experience.
* You will have the ability to manage a busy workload and multiple customers.
* You will demonstrate that you can work well as part of the Western Motors TEAM vision and culture and adapt to new process/systems when needed.
The Sales Executive position involves:
* At Western Motors we strive for loyal customers, so maintaining positive customer relationships is a priority. Managing customer relationships, including keeping in regular contact at all stages of the buying process, must be a focus of the Sales Executive.
* Prospecting for new customers via the various traditional and digital channels.
* Utilising and converting leads given by our in-house marketing department and lead management system.
* Qualifying customer needs and data capture.
* Meeting sales targets on a continuous basis.
* Co-ordinating sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical departments.
* Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
* Keeping abreast of products, updates, industry news and trends and competitor activity.
* Manage own KPI’s set by both Western Motors and Volkswagen Vehicles and report weekly to Brand Manager/Head of Sales
