Job Description:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing the preparation of food in all our Food and Beverage outlets. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste. Your role will involve controlling costs, ensuring productivity, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Exceptional Chef de Partie looking for their first Junior Sous Chef position
* Background in branded hotels or restaurants preferred, but not essential
* Flexibility to work different shift patterns, including weekends and evenings
* Ability to communicate and motivate your team, providing day-to-day leadership and direction
* Good people skills to work well in a team
