Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
2. Assist customers with travel insurance policies, queries, and general support
3. Accurately capture and update customer information on internal systems
4. Provide clear and compliant information in line with company and regulatory guidelines
5. Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering a high standard of service
6. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets
Requirements:
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Previous call centre or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
9. Ability to work onsite in Carlow, including weekends when required
10. Good computer literacy and attention to detail
11. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
12. Ability to work well under pressure in a structured environment
