We are seeking a proactive and driven General Foreman in Meath.Responsibilities:Supervise and support installation crews on-site.Work closely with management and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding schedules, progress updates, and any issues that arise.Coordinate with installers to maintain efficiency and quality workmanship.Manage and track material orders, stock, and deliveries for assigned projects.Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays.Ensure that projects run on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.Candidate Profile:Self-driven, motivated professional with strong leadership and organisational skills.Previous supervisory or foreman experience in construction or a related field is desirable.Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Practical knowledge of construction practices would be an advantage.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €51,854.62-€81,175.69 per yearBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
