Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Architectural Technologist, based in Kilkenny, with opportunities for remote work. The Senior Architectural Technologist will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings, coordinating technical documentation, and collaborating with design teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project requirements. The role involves working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to support the successful delivery of architectural projects.
Minimum 5 years experience in Irish or UK market.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Architectural Technology, including a deep understanding of materials, methods, and tools used in the design and construction process
* Strong expertise in Technical Drawing, Working Drawings, and creating detailed, precise designs and specifications
* Experience in producing high-quality Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings to support project execution
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools)
* Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
* Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
