L2 IT Support Specialist
Contract | €220/day | Cork
Our client is looking for an experienced L2 IT Support Specialist to join their team in Cork. This contract role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT support. The successful candidate will handle technical issues, support various software applications, and ensure smooth IT operations for end-users.
Responsibilities:
* Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
* Assist with the deployment and management of Office 365 and other cloud services.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks and software updates.
* Document and maintain IT support procedures and knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
* At least 6 years of experience in IT support roles.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365.
* Experience with mobile device management and support.
* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
