Office Administrator & Bookkeeper

Dublin | Part-Time | €17.50 per hour | 15 hours per week

EcoVolt Ltd, a leader in sustainable heating and hot water solutions, is seeking a
part-time Office Administrator & Bookkeeper
to support our growing operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong bookkeeping knowledge and office administration experience, who is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Accounts payable

· Accounts receivable

· Preparing Aged Creditors and Debtors monthly for MD to review

· Creditors / Debtors / Bank reconciliations

· Using Sage Accounts package and Brightpay payroll system

· Dealing with incoming and outgoing invoicing, supplier payments

· Revenue payments, PAYE, VAT Returns etc

· Maintaining holiday calendar and overseeing clock in system for all employees

· Phone Queries

· Arranging Post

Skills & Attributes

· A developed understanding of bookkeeping

· Experience in office administration

· Experience with Sage 50

· High level of detail accuracy

· Excellent numerical/ verbal reasoning

· Good administrative skills

· Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills

· Strong communication skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership on the role

· Comfortable working on their own

Company Description

EcoVolt Ltd is a Dublin-based company that designs and manufactures innovative space heating, hot water, and ventilation products. Some of our brands include EcoVolt EVAir mixed airflow exhaust air heat pump with preplumbed cylinders, EcoVolt Ecoline hot water heat pumps, Ecovolt EVRad ceramic electric radiators with Wi-Fi controls. A lot of our products are sold via merchants for multi-unit development projects.

Due to recent demand for our products we are seeking a mechanical copper pipe fitter to join our production team.

Responsibilities include

* Work within a team unit to deliver multiple units on a daily basis
* Liaise with production and logistics manager to ensure orders are on schedule
* Pressure test and rectify any assembled product not passed during QC
* Have an experience working with copper based heating and domestic hot water systems
* Experience with working with solder, compression and copper press fittings in metric and imperial size

Qualifications required:

* Minimum 2 years' experience
* Full clearance to work in Ireland
