Pilsen Auto ŠKODA – Ireland's Flagship ŠKODA dealership is seeking to further strengthen our team with an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Warranty/Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will be someone with motor dealer and / or motor distributor experience preferably with an understanding of warranty and aftersales operations and be able to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Working on the day-to-day administrative tasks in warranty department including reviewing, processing and submitting warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and to the satisfaction of the customer and the business and in a timely manner.
· Processing warranty claims and continuously monitoring and reporting on the progression of associated repairs and costs associated with said repairs.
· Processing vehicle recalls, collating necessary information for successful distribution to the service team.
· Controlling the submission and authorization of any goodwill request
* To deliver customer satisfaction in line with Pilsen Auto and its policies.
· Establishing, maintain and develop long-term customer relationships.
· Managing the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the Dealership and the customer while always delivering excellent customer service.
· Maintain high levels of customer service whilst offering advice to customers regarding technical issues, costs, and completion times.
· Maintain up-to date progress on each of your customers vehicles in the workshop and consult with your customer as needed on any additional work or costs.
· Determine workshop availability and schedule customer bookings by phone, email or walk in.
· Meet customers when they arrive with their vehicle and establish clear understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
· Ensure that the customers vehicle is ready at agreed day/time and explain to customer all work completed.
· Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction and follow up in line with dealership procedures.
· Keep up to date with product and system knowledge and understand and adhere to manufacturer brand service requirements.
· Always maintain safe working practices and abide by the rules and standards of the dealership.
The Candidate will have
· Excellent attitude, highly motivated and enjoy a challenge.
· ADP (Autoline) experience and kknowledge of Automotive Sector are a strong advantage.
· Understanding the importance of customer retention through excellent customer relationships.
· Strong PC skills essential, with a good working level of Excel.
· Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
· Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and can meet deadlines, and 5-6 years' experience in similar role.
· Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
