The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth across Ronnie Moore's managed print services.The primary focus of this role is to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with the support of our experienced technical team.Why come to work for Ronnie Moore Ltd?Company CarCompany LaptopCompany Mobile PhoneNo evening workNo weekend workFamily run business - we care about our peoplePermanent JobSet shift/ roster - Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pmPaid holidaysPaid sick leaveRoom for progressionTrainingWhat do we want from you?EssentialMinimum 3 years' experience in a business development or sales role within the managed services / technology sales sector.Proven track record in securing and managing high-value B2B projects.Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret complex technical requirements, and tender documentation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and results focused.A full clean driving licenceExcellent verbal and communication skillsDesirable:Experience in managed print services & selling print management solutions such as Papercut, Vasion, Tungston and other cloud-based solutions.Understanding of public sector (Etenders) tendering frameworks & responses.What will you do:Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate, public sector, and commercial markets.Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events, and proactive outreach.Prepare and deliver tailored client presentations, proposals, and tender submissions.Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, latest technologies and advancements in managed print services, and workplace technology.Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, events, and client engagement initiatives.Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in targeted organisations and verticals.Manage the sales process from lead generation through to negotiation and contract close, ensuring a seamless handover to Project Delivery teams.Represent the company professionally, maintaining high standards of communication, presentation, and integrity.Achieve agreed sales targets, conversion rates, and profitability objectives.Accurately manage and update CRM records for pipeline reporting and forecasting.Work collaboratively with internal teams including Account Management, Design, Technical and Operations to ensure client expectations are met.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company carWork Location: In person
