Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Strategy Analyst to support strategic planning and decision-making across the business. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insights on market trends, performance, and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support strategic initiatives.
* Analyse business performance, financial data, and KPIs to identify trends and insights.
* Support the development of business strategies, strategic plans, and investment cases.
* Prepare presentations, reports, and analysis for senior management and leadership teams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and risks.
* Track execution of strategic initiatives and support performance reviews.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or a similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data tools is a plus.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
* Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or financial analysis.
* Knowledge of the Irish and/or European market.
* Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
* Experience working in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments.
