MAINTENANCE MANAGER Our client, a well-established global manufacturer in the consumer goods sector, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead engineering operations at their busy production facility in Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a stable working week, excellent benefits, and a key leadership position in a world-class manufacturing environment. COMPANY: Our client is a major supplier of high-demand consumer products, with operations spanning across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Their Dublin-based manufacturing site produces well-known retail brands and is equipped with modern automation and production systems. With continuous investment in people and processes, they are expanding their leadership team to support long-term plant reliability and performance improvements. THE ROLE: The Dublin-based Maintenance Manager will be responsible for: Leading all electrical and mechanical maintenance operations on site. Managing a team of technicians and supporting staff across planned maintenance, breakdown response, and reliability. Coordinating improvement projects, spare parts management, and contractor control. Working closely with production, quality, and engineering to support uptime, safety, and compliance. Driving continuous improvement and developing team capabilities. THE PERSON: Our client is seeking candidates who: Hold a recognised trade qualification as an electrician, mechanical fitter or MAMF. Have experience in a management role in FMCG, food, production or industrial manufacturing. Are confident managing teams, contractors, and technical projects. Bring strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to equipment reliability and safety. Are capable of delivering under pressure in a high-volume production environment.
