What You Will Do
Lead and manage while mentoring and supervising frontline care support teams.
Ensure the provision of highest quality clinical care to Cheshire Ireland individuals.
Establish and maintain relationships with people we support that are respectful, equitable and promote their rights and independence.
Ensure work is consistent with Cheshire Ireland's values, operating ethos and standards.
Who We Are Looking For
In possession of a nursing qualification and registered in the RNID, RGN or RPN with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Minimum 3 years post‑registration experience and currently operating at CNM11 level.
Line management or significant supervisory experience within disability or broad personal social services field.
Experience delivering training to staff at all levels.
Demonstrated evidence‑based decision‑making skills.
Driving licence and willingness to drive for work.
Desire for personal and professional development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
Good standard of verbal and written English.
Personal integrity and trustworthiness.
Positive attitude.
Willingness to embrace change and commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning throughout the service.
Commitment to principles of rights‑based, person‑centred services.
