Vickerstock are working in partnership with a Contractor on the appointment of a Construction Project Manager for their Cork City site The project You will work on an apartment development of 190 units in Cork City. This is a new site starting in Spring 2026, however, our client is ready to take on a Project Manager now, to join another of their sites until this one kicks off. Your new role as Construction Project Manager Lead the delivery of a high-quality residential development Management of all works on site, ensuring project is delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with client, subcontractors, site teams, design teams and supply chain to ensure smooth delivery of project Monitor and report on progression Identify, mitigate and preemptively manage risks Oversee compliance on site, including key health and safety compliance Work closely with the Contracts Manager on long-term project success Foster a productive & safe culture on site What you'll need to be successful as Construction Project Manager Previous experience managing the development of Apartment blocks A relevant degree or trade background 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager Interested?
