I've partnered with an exciting insurance firm who are looking for a Head of Compliance to join their team in early 2025. It's a growing business with a global presence. You'll work closely with the rest of the leadership team to focus on the continued growth on the business in Ireland.
Your Role:
* Develop and implement the annual compliance plan
* Manage regulatory changes to ensure all policies remain up-to-date.
* Manage the relationship with the CBI
* Provide updates and reports to the board on all relevant compliance topics impacting the business
About You:
* Relevant experience within the insurance industry
* 8+ Years Compliance Experience - open to existing/previous PCF holders and those looking to step up
* Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
