Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our In-Home Channels team in Europe. This is a high-visibility role where you will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to bring bold ideas to life.
About the Role
* Lead the development of our In-Home channel's strategy, defining sub-channel priorities, identifying growth drivers, and outlining the enablers to win.
* Translate strategy into action by creating robust In-Home channel plans and initiatives that align with our broader commercial goals.
* Lead the rollout of In-Home initiatives, equipping market sales leads and the EU HD team with toolkits and guidance to ensure consistent, high-impact execution.
* Monitor quarterly performance across the region, using insights to refine plans and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the EU HD customer team, International Customer team, E-Com, and Portfolio teams to ensure alignment and integration across all touchpoints.
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in the FMCG industry.
* 5+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles.
* Proven ability to partner effectively with both local markets and European functions.
* Demonstrated project management and strategic planning experience with a track record of delivering results.
* Proficiency in market sales reporting tools such as IRI, Nielsen, or Kantar.
