Aglobal multinational headquartered in Dublin 2is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Payroll Specialistto join its payroll team.

Key Responsibilities Accurately process bi-weekly and monthly payrolls across multiple sites Oversee payroll payments, third-party deductions, and all statutory submissions Produce payroll reporting and nominal ledger entries for Finance Complete CSO returns and act as key contact with Revenue/HMRC and the Department of Social Protection Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll data and support internal and external audits Liaise with payroll software vendors on system upgrades and enhancements Administer pension arrangements and support employee benefits programmes Resolve payroll and benefits queries through the ticketing system Manage external payroll-related queries and assist with HR invoicing and budget monitoring Key Requirements 2+ years experience in Irish and/or UK payroll processing IPASS qualification Strong knowledge of Irish Revenue requirements and employment legislation; UK payroll knowledge an advantage Excellent Excel skills and strong proficiency across MS Office High level of accuracy and attention to detail Salary: Excellent Base Salary+ bonus + excellent benefits package Working Model: Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days WFH, with flexitime How to Apply To apply, please contact Sarah Frielon the Lex Consultancyteam.
