Key Responsibilities as Beauty/Cosmetic Counter Manager
1. Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and memorable customer experiences
2. Drive customer service excellence by empowering your team to deliver personalised beauty consultations, building meaningful client relationships, and create loyal customer experiences
3. Offer a strong level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques
4. Assist customers with make-up queries, including shade matching and using the brands products
5. Supporting and leading in-store events and masterclasses
6. Lead the daily operations of the beauty counter, ensuring efficient workflows, seamless staff scheduling, and excellent adherence to visual merchandising and brand standards
7. Set and pursue sales targets and KPIs
8. Team management and performance of beauty advisors and makeup artists, providing ongoing feedback, development, and evaluations

10. Proven experience in retail management, ideally in beauty, fashion, or luxury lifestyle.
