Key Responsibilities
1. Initiates and completes technical activities leading to improved processes through the current Data Integrity program to meet the company's strategic goals and objectives.
2. Supports the introduction of new technology/instrumentation to the site with a focus on Data Integrity (ALCOA+) principles.
3. Supports testing and manufacturing areas to lead or contribute to Data Integrity business process redesign efforts on site.
4. Leads Data Integrity transformational change for specific test equipment.
5. Communicates project status by preparing status reports and participating in departmental and compliance project update meetings.
6. Understands engineering principles, theories, concepts, practices, and techniques.
7. Incorporates business policies, regulations, and procedures into task completion. Understands the business needs, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
8. Interacts cross-functionally with internal and external resources. May mentor employees by sharing expertise and providing guidance and feedback.
Education & Job Skills
1. National Framework of Qualification (NFQ) Level 7.
2. Qualification in a relevant discipline with 2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Working technical knowledge and application of Data Integrity principles. Must perform tasks in a quality system environment to ensure compliance with regulations.
4. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily work to meet schedules.
